Investment &

What Makes Us Different

The minimum investment for full service floral design is $10,000.

  • This includes experimental designs, uniquely attributed to our special access to sustainable & locally grown flowers (i.e. the type of beauty that was just harvested yesterday and is too delicate to be shipped overseas).

  • This includes a team of value-driven designers, who care deeply about human rights, sustainability, and inclusivity, and won’t compromise that for any job.

  • This includes a caring and supportive design experience, co-authored by you & me: you bring the vibes, I’ll bring the wild ideas to level it up.

We also offer destination weddings throughout New England, with preferred regions of Acadia, the White Mountains, and all of Vermont. For destination weddings (outside of CT), we offer our Atelier Design Tier which requires a minimum investment of $17,000, inclusive of travel expenses.

Your Full Service Floral Experience Looks Like…

Step 1: Inquire!

If bold, expressive wedding flowers designed by a value-aligned florist has you like "YES! LET'S DO THIS!" —
Get the ball rolling with an inquiry HERE. If your date is available, we'll get back to you within 2 business days with your next step...

Step 2: Complimentary Consultation

When your inquiry is accepted, that means the excitement is mutual! Let's start talking details - I'll send you a link to book a preliminary consultation, where we’ll get to know each other and talk about all of your fun ideas!

Step 3: Proposal, Quote, & Booking

After our call, I'll create your initial proposal — including a vision board, inspiration images, curated color palette, and sample seasonal florals. You’ll also get a couple customized package options with pricing quotes, so you can choose what suits you best. Once you are ready to move forward (YAY!) you'll sign our contract and put down an initial retainer of 20% to reserve your date.

Step 4: Design Meeting 1 & Venue Walkthrough

My favorite part! We'll discuss vases, vessels, ribbons, and all the little details that make a big difference to your event. We'll also further refine the initial proposal, talking color transitions, priorities, and impact moments! I also like to pair the first design meeting with a venue walkthrough to help inform our design decisions and visualize the impact & flow in the space.

Step 5: Final Design Meeting (~1-2 Months Before Event)

We're getting down to the wire! In this meeting, we'll review the details of your design to make sure you are still happy with the vision. This will be our final opportunity to tweak details if needed. We'll also run through logistics, so I highly suggest including your planner in this meeting!

Step 6: Final Payment & The Big Day

Following our final design meeting, I'll make any changes needed to the design plan. If there are impacts to cost this will be reflected in your final invoice, which is due 6 weeks prior to the event date.
On the big day, you can trust we have the details covered. From delivery, to staging, to strike at the end of the night - we'll be there to keep the day seamless and beautiful.

When Do I Need to Book Full Service Floral Design?

An immersive floral lounge experience at a Connecticut wedding; wild greenery is layered with fragrant herbs and unexpected elements such as green tomatoes to create an atmospheric floral design.

Every floral designer operates a little differently, but here’s my rules of thumb:

  • My books open no earlier than 18 months out at a time, so this would be the earliest booking timeframe.

  • I always suggest having your venue and date picked out first, as this will inform our design decisions!

  • Because of the amount of planning and goods sourcing needed, I suggest booking at least 6 months prior to your wedding date. (Sometimes we can squeeze the timeline a bit tighter.)

  • The sweet spot? Most of my clients book 6-12 months out for full service wedding flowers. This gives us enough time for the vision to develop, and for me to source the perfect candles, vases, fabrics, and other decor elements.

The bride and her bridesmaids smile enthusiastically; soft sage greens coordinating from the bridesmaids dresses to the sculptural bouquets each woman holds. Clean lines and draping amaranth brings the drama to these bouquets.

So you want wedding flowers with attitude, texture, and drama…
